She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Lee Roper; sisters, Marian Sanders, Vicky Roper, Joyce Maming, Mildred Terry, Sally Terry, and Minnie Ruth Terry.
She is survived by her mother, Flonnie Christine "Martin" Roper; husband, Troy Maynard; sons, David Slade Smith and Billy Joe Smith; daughter, Selena Mills; brother, Buck Terry; sisters, Teresa Estelle, Betty Ann Lankford, and Diane Hayes; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of June Michelle Smith will be held at a later date. June will be laid to rest in Varnell Cemetery.
