Dennis is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. In the Air Force, he received the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with one Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster, an Air Force Good Conduct Medal with two Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, the National Defense Service Medal, and the Air Force Overseas Long Tour Ribbon. He was a Flight Dispatcher with Southern Air at the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport and he loved fantasy football.
He was preceded in death by his Parents Earl and Emma Ruth Sweet, Brother Roger Sweet, and Nephew Jeffrey Woolever.
He is survived by his Wife of 26 Years Miki Sweet, Sisters Terri (Don), Denise (Gene), Penny, and Vicki and Nieces & Nephews Trisha, Nicholas, Amanda, Alyssa, Andrea, Jason, Wendy, Kevin, William, Marco, Alex, Tanee, Tyler, and Suelyn.
A Committal Service will be at 12 PM on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, KY.
