Jessica Mae Thornton 54, of Stilwell, OK passed away on September 21, 2021 in Tahlequah, OK. Jessica was born to Carolyn Cunningham and Edward Gillum on September 21, 1967 in Claremore, OK.
Jessica enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She never met a stranger and had so many friends that they are innumerable. She was a proud mother to her sons and daughters.
Jessica was also a devoted grandmother to Molly Thorton and Kaleb Blackman. Jessica touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Jessica was preceded in death by her father, Edward Gillum; husband, Keith Edward Thornton; daughter, April Thornton.
Jessica is survived by her sons, JoJo Thornton and wife Kelly of Disney, OK, Michael Thornton of Afton, OK, Alex Thornton of Disney, OK; daughters, Ashley Blackman and husband Ricky of Disney, OK, Alisha Thornton of Disney, OK; sisters, Sue Bewley of Claremore, OK, Kathy Gillum of Jay, OK; brothers, Robby Swain of Neosho, MO and Scotty Hinds of Jay, OK; grandchildren, Molly Thornton and Kaleb Blackman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
