Homegoing services for Darryl Tynell Wilson will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, October 2nd, 2021, in the White Oaks Memorial Chapel with Reverend Keef Wilson officiating.
Committal service will follow in the Oakdale Community Cemetery, under the direction of White Oaks Funeral Home, Oakdale.
Visitation will be held in the White Oaks Funeral Home at 11am until services at 1 p.m.
Darryl, 57, of Shreveport, entered eternal rest on Thursday, September 23rd, 2021, in Shreveport. He was born July 30th, 1964, in Oakdale to the union of Rufus Wilson and Bessie Lee Thomas Wilson. Darryl graduated from Oakdale High School in 1982. After graduating, he joined the United States Army and he retired. He enjoyed fishing and restoring vintage vehicles.
He is preceded in death by his father Rufus Wilson and his Mother Bessie Lee Wilson.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 38 years, Angela Mitchell Wilson of Bossier City; four sons; Terence Wilson (30) James Wilson (29) Jordan Wilson (23) William Mitchell Wilson (16) two daughters; Ashley Adeleke and Casmere Woods (Jason) one brother; KeefeL.Wilson(Anita)four grandchildren Justin W. Joshua W. Cassidy W. & Angeline A.; along with a host of family and friends.
Pallbearers to serve will be Jason Woods, Justin Woods, Jeremy Michell, Kristopher Mitchell, Theotis Taylor, Ernest Thomas.
