Janet Arlene Rumsey Andrews, 79, of Troup, Texas, went to be with the Lord on September 27, 2021, in Tyler, Texas.

She was born September 6, 1942, in Mishawaka, Indiana to the late Horace and Evelyn Snyder Rumsey.

Graveside services for Janet Andrews will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 30, 2021, at Flint Cemetery, Flint, with the Chris Wilkins officiating.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.

Janet worked for Flower's Bakery as the bookkeeper for many years.

She was a member of the Clearview Church of Troup.

She loved spending time with her family and loved them with all of her heart.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband John Thomas Andrews, and brother, Don Rumsey.

She is survived by her daughter, Lynn Wagner, and husband David of Troup; son, Bobby Morphis and wife Sandra of Whitehouse; brother, Dan Rumsey and wife Judy of Indiana; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
