Michael W. Fleming passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 19, 2021, at the age of 80.
Loving husband and best friend of Diane (nee Kampa) for 56 years. Dedicated father of Jeanne (Gary) Sherman, Nancy Fleming, Daniel (Catherine) Fleming and Erin(Jason) Wieselman. Proud grandpa of Lindsay Sherman, Taryn Sherman, Kavan Sherman, Tessa Fleming, Reed Fleming, Abigail Wieselman, and Liam Wieselman. Cherished brother of Eileen (Allan) Hobbs and Cathie Anderson.
Preceded in death by his parents, Anne and Ambrose Fleming and his sister and brother-in-laws, Joanne (John) Warner and Dennis Anderson. Michael will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Michael was a proud graduate of Marquette University High School and Marquette Law School. He was a practicing attorney in Milwaukee for over 55 years. Michael was a devoted advocate and friend of his clients.
A gathering will be held on Friday, October 1 from 11am-1pm at St. Charles Catholic Church, 313 Circle Drive, Hartland, WI 53029 followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 1pm. A private family burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Nativity Jesuit Academy, 1515 S 29th Street, Milwaukee, WI 414-645-1060.
