Mr. Rodney G. Bowden, 61, of Newton Grove passed away on Friday, August 19, 2016. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the West & Dunn Funeral Home Chapel in Newton Grove. Rev. Ron Godwin & Ricky Lee will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Bowden Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at the funeral home from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Mr. Bowden's survivors include wife, Patricia "Pat" Bowden, sons, Ross Thornton & wife Brooke of Mt. Olive and Brett Bowden of the home, daughter, Taylor Bowden of the home, grandchild, Blakesley Grace Thornton, brother, W. M. Bowden of Clinton, and special nieces & nephew, Thorn Bauser, Madisyn Bauser, & RayLeigh Robinson
