Jimmie Rea Goins Rider, age 80, of Baldwin County, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021. Services for Jimmie Rider will be Private. The family will receive friends at their residence on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm.

Jimmie was born in Toomsboro, GA on August 15, 1941 to the late James Goins and the late Vera Lou Bray Goins. In addition to her parents, Jimmie was also preceded in death by a sister, Maddie Oliver ; brothers, James "Bo" Goins and Ronnie Goins ; a brother-in-law, Ezra Howell ; and a sister-in-law, Faye Goins. Jimmie retired as a Quality Control Inspector for Mohawk Industries. She loved her family. She also loved flowers, and working with her plants.

Jimmie is survived by her husband, Alex Rider ; Daughter, Denise (& Terry) Barrentine ; her grandson, Rider (& Haley) Barrentine ; her sisters, Ann Howell and Sue (& Bobby) Wright ;her brothers, Leeroy Goins and Bobby (& Katie) Goins ; a brother-in-law, Harold Oliver ; a sister-in-law, Sara Goins ; and Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and other family members.
