Michael Scott DiMacro Walton, 45, of Stanardsville, VA, went home to be with his heavenly father on Saturday, September 25, 2021.
Born March 4, 1976, in Charlottesville, he was the son of Judy McCauley-Allen (stepfather Duane Allen) and Edward DiMarco (stepmother Barbara DiMarco).
Mike is preceded in death by his grandmother Gracie Walton and papa Dick Walton, aunt Linda Morris, and cousin Keith McCauley.
He leaves behind his loving devoted wife of 23 years, Jessica Walton; his four daughters, Taylor Walton (boyfriend Jacob Forloins), Jorden Walton (girlfriend Samantha Bruce), Emily Walton, and Gracie Walton; and one granddaughter, Nariyah Dodson.
Mike is also survived by his four brothers, Steven Sprouse, Timmy Sprouse, Corey DiMarco, and Jared DiMarco; and loved by numerous nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
He also leaves behind a very special best friend who was like a brother, David Frazier, Sr., and other friends, John Jarvis and Shane Flanagan.
Mike loved spending time with his family, and loved his wife, children, and mom to the end of the earth. He was loved by so many because of his personality. He touched so many lives through coaching, playing sports, and being a firefighter. Although Mike had all girls (that weren't interested much in sports), he would always go to our home team high school games and support all the young men and women. He also enjoyed playing cards, corn hole, pool, and fishing, but most of all his love for singing and karaoke. His legacy will live on through his children and all the lives that he impacted. He will be truly missed.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 1, 2021, from 6-8pm, at Teague Funeral Service in Charlottesville. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 2pm, at Prize Hill Church in Boonesville, with interment to follow in the Church Cemetery.
