Mildred Jean Miller, 88, of Fort Smith was called home by her Heavenly Father to be reunited with her late husband of 61 years, Harold Lee Miller on September 27, 2021. Mrs. Miller was born on August 18, 1933 in Waldron, AR to the late George Albert Johnson and Ruby Council Johnson. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Fort Smith and was a true Christian woman. She enjoyed designing clothing, painting, fishing and playing dominoes. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brothers Maurice and Bennie Johnson. She was a wonderful mother to three children who she leaves behind, Carol Seaton and her husband Dana of Fort Smith, Susan Yother of Fort Smith and Ronnie Miller and his wife Lori of Van Buren. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, Seth Seaton, Kristin Seaton-Rambo, Brooke Seaton, Jason Yother, Chelsea Stark and Gunner Miller as well as six great grandchildren Aleksander Seaton, Oliver Seaton, Emily Yother, Miley Yother, Palmer Stark and Saylor Stark. A graveside service with Pastor Chris Hart officiating will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 1, 2021 at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel 4817 Kelley Hwy in Fort Smith. Pallbearers will be Gunner Miller, Seth Seaton, Jason Yother, Kristin Seaton-Rambo and Ronnie Miller.
