William Gene Webb, age 65 of Huber Heights, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at the Dayton VA Hospice. He was born May 21, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio the son of Gene and Ruth Webb.

Bill was a loving son, brother, uncle and great uncle. He cherished his service in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War where he was present during the fall of Saigon. He worked as a baker at Jim's Donut Shop in Vandalia for 32 years. Bill was a military plastic model enthusiast. He spent many hours putting together military diorama scenes and aircrafts. Bill made many friends at Smitty's Hobby Shop on Wilmington Pike and also RC Hobby Shop on Harshman Rd. Bill had a humorous side to him and he enjoyed watching The Three Stooges and had a collection of classic cartoons including Bugs Bunny. He was also an animal lover, especially cats. Bill will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Webb and sister, Sue Robertson.

Bill will be missed by his loving father, Gene Webb; sister, Cindy (John) Guillaum; nephew, Mike (Tara) Robertson and their children.

Family will receive friends Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Burial, Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
