In loving memory, Joan F. Thompson (Fuiek) 73 years young, Huntingdon, PA, went to be with her loved ones who passed away before her on September 22, 2021.
Preceding her in death were her husband Vaughn L. Thompson and daughter Joy Elaine Thompson.
Surviving family members include: her children, David and his wife Mary and Jill and her husband Victor; two grandsons Alec and Lucas and surviving siblings: Sandra Shives, Paul Fuiek, Margo Fuiek and Linda Lynch.
Joan enjoyed many different activities that included motorcycle trips, playing pool and dancing. She also enjoyed playing cards, painting and making seasonal wreaths to give to those who she cared about. Most of the time you would find her "playing" in her flower garden.
At this time the family is planning a small gathering of friends and family to be announced at a later date.
Joan would not want friends and family to mourn her death, but to enjoy the moments she touched our lives.
