Peggy Jo Jackson, 61, of Philipsburg, PA died on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Penn Highlands DuBois, PA.
Born on October 17, 1959 in Philipsburg, PA she was the daughter of Walter E. Tormey, Sr. of Philipsburg, PA and the late Shelda J. (Peterson) Tormey. She married Donald L. Jackson on July 12, 1980 at the Osceola Mills United Methodist Church: he survives at home.
She was a member of the Osceola Mills United Methodist Church, the Central District Firemans Association and was the treasurer of the Osceola Mills United Methodist Church.
Peggy was a van driver for Long Motor Buses, a 1977 graduate of the Philipsburg Osceola Mills High School and graduated from the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center for cosmetology.
In addition to her father and husband she is survived by: two daughters, Kasi Martin & her husband Tim of Morrisdale, PA and Jenni English & her husband Trey of Woodland, PA; one sister, Brenda K. Hubler & her husband Steve of Philipsburg, PA; two brothers, Walter E. Tormey, Jr. of Osceola Mills, PA and Ralph W. Tormey of VA; and four grandchildren, Hayden, Kayleigh, A.J. and Blake.
The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC in Osceola Mills, PA: with Pastor Jennifer Heikes officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to funeral time at the funeral home.
