WILLIAM "BILL" PAUL FOWLER, JR. passed away peacefully at the age of 81, after a battle with cancer.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy and son, Bill III and is survived by his sons; Darrell (Michelle), Russell (Tabitha), Wallace (Michelle); sister, Patricia Fowler; brothers, Daniel (Debbie), Allen Fowler, eight grandchildren, nine great- grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Bill and Dorothy owned and operated Casto Motorcycle Sales in Charleston for over 50 years with their sons.
The immediate family will have a graveside interment for Bill and Dorothy together at a future date.
Cremation services were provided by Affordable Cremations of WV, South Charleston.
