Shelby worked for Greenway for 40+ years and also worked for Lifetime Fencing. She was a loving mother and grandmother who worked very hard. In her free time she liked to crochet.
Surviving are one son, Robert George; two daughters, Thelma (Edward) Cross of Waynesburg and Debra A. (Ed) Patterson of Waynesburg; seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and one sister, Martha Harvey.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Neel and Elizabeth Willis Rogers.
Services will be private to the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Behm Funeral Home.
