Services will be at Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home in Mountain Grove, Mo., at 2 p.m. today.
Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in First Assembly of God Church at Wynne.
Joe was a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend and neighbor. He will be truly missed by those who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Virginia Stepp; son and daughter-in-law, David and Debbie Stepp; and granddaughters, Jessica and Jodi Stepp.
