Evelyn Emily Dusek, 89, of Algonquin, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2007, at Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Crystal Lake. She was born Aug. 4, 1918, in Chicago, to Joseph and Olga Machacek. Survivors include two sons, Harvey Joseph Dusek of Algonquin and Harold Stanley Dusek of Eldon, Mo.; five grandchildren, Sean (Alayna) Dusek, Shelley (Dan) Dusek-Doetzel, Matthew (Melissa) Dusek, Nicole Dusek and Christopher Dusek; six great-grandchildren, Ryan, Alexa, Leah, Drake, Triton and Avaryanna; and her aunt, Gertrude Wilson. She was preceded in death by her parents. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Forest Park.
