Born on July 10, 1965 in Gloversville, NY he was the son of Richard and Evelyn Frasier.
John was a employeed in roofing and construction until his illness.
He is survived by his daughter Alicia Frasier; brothers Eugene Frasier and Randy VanNostrand, sisters Deborah Snyder, Pauline VanNostrand, Donna VanNostrand and Joanne Ponzi (Kim); grandchildren Rayne, Aubree, and Jackson Wisner.
In addition to his parents John is predeceased by his brothers Bruce Frasier and Ricky Frasier.
