Mrs. Mary Frances Hardin, age 79, of Silver Creek, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021, at a local hospital.
Mrs. Hardin was born in Cedartown, Georgia on June 9, 1942, daughter of the late Henry Harold Ferguson and the late Maggie Dowdy Ferguson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, C. J. Hardin, and by four siblings, Richard Ferguson, Junior Ferguson, Dorothy Whitehead, and Annie Lou Whorton. She was of the Christian faith and worked for several years at Goody's here in Rome. Mrs. Hardin's greatest joy was spending time with and caring for her family.
Survivors include a daughter, Renee Grant (Greg), Silver Creek; a son, Cliff Harold Hardin (Doug Garcia), Sandy Springs; two grandsons, Adam Grant (Erika) and Matt Brewer (Sebrina); several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; a sister, Katie Coffey; a brother, James Ferguson; nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes, Mrs. Hardin will be cremated. All services will be private.
