Steven Dale Franks June 17, 1948 - September 22, 2021
Steven Dale Franks passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021, in Mena, Arkansas. He was born June 17, 1948, in Lincoln, Nebraska to Donald Franks and Lorraine Heartel Franks. He attended school in Lincoln and graduated from Northeast High School in 1967. After graduation he enlisted in the Navy and served his country from 1967 to 1970. He worked 37 plus years in the cable industry and retired in 2013. Steve was an avid bowler and pool player. He especially enjoyed riding his Harley as often as possible with his friends. While Mr. Franks will be missed by all who knew him, he will be especially missed by all friends of Lincoln, Nebraska.

Steve was preceded in death by his grandparents on both sides, his father and mother, and brother, Richard "Rick" Franks. He is survived by his sister Diana Sinnett and brother-in-law Mike of Kingston, Washington and his longtime companion and Fiancée, Sharon Shook of Cove, Arkansas.

No services to be held per Steve's request. Mr. Franks cremation is entrusted to Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
