Son of George R and Iola V (nee Lyles) Javins.

Married Sarah "Sallie" Ann Seymour on 20 January 1915 in Washington, DC. They divorced on 19 January 1920 in Fairfax County, Virginia. They had one child; Evelyn Viola Javins (Cornwell).

Occupation was farmer on family farm.

Per Virginia state death certificate, with Iola (his mother) as the informant:
Name Marvin F Javins
Gender Male
Race White
Age at Death 23
Birth Date 22 Jun 1896
Death Date 7 Feb 1920
Death Place Alexandria, Virginia, USA
Registration Date 10 Feb 1920
Father Geo R Javins
Mother Iola B Lyles

Not sure why the discrepancies between the death certificate and the headstone. Using birth year on marker, same as WWI registration. Using middle initial M since the headstone and 1910 census has M, death certificate has F. I am using the death certificate day of death. Death certificate also shows Marvin as being "single", should have been divorced.
