John Earl Knox, 78, Nixa, MO, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Sun Terra Springs in Springfield, MO. John was born December 5, 1942 in Pineville, MO to Chester Oliver and Elnora Mildred (Lewis) Knox.
John married Pamela Sue Dies in Eureka Springs, AR on November 2, 2015. He was an auto salesman and enjoyed buying and selling at flea markets. John was a Christian, he enjoyed traveling and meeting people.
In addition to his wife, Pamela, John is survived by four children, Jessica Scott (Mark), of La Habra, CA, Lisa Moore, Dallas, TX, Kathy and Anthony; two step-daughters, Tobi Brownlow (David), Nixa, MO, Katrina Cochran (Anthony), Broomfield, CO; as well as
several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other step-children. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Hartford.
A Memorial Service with military honors will be held at 10:00a.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021, at the Ft. Scott National Cemetery, Fort Scott, KS.
