Carla Michelle Hogan, age 52 of Pikeville, died Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Carla worked with the Tennessee Department of Transportation for over five years. She loved life, enjoyed making people laugh, Diamond Dots, and working puzzles.
Preceding Carla in death was her father, Gene Smith.
Survivors include her loving husband of eleven years, Fred Lee Hogan, III; mother, Gloria Brown Smith; brother, Casey (Megan) Smith; sister, Sam Hunt; nephew, Oliver Smith; and a host of friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
