Charles Floyd Ballard, Jr. age 74, of Knoxville, formerly of Powell passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021. He was a member of West Side Baptist Church, and a member of Local 102 Plumbers and Pipefitters. He was preceded in death by his wife, Angela; mom and dad, Charles Ballard, Sr. and Mary Emma Ballard; brother, Albert "Buddy"; sisters, Mildred, Dorothy, Anna Lou, Faye, and Mary. He is survived by his sons, Timothy Ballard, Christopher Ballard, and Jeffrey Ballard; grandchildren, Kinsley, and Mason Ballard; great grandchildren, Emily Glover, and Chelsea Hudgins; brothers, Richard and wife Patricia; sister, Doris and husband Jim Beeler, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
