A Methodist minister, Rev. Woods is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lora Teeter Woods; three children, Katala & husband Bob Sisco, Clinton, AR, Don & wife Belinda Woods, Maumelle, AR, and Sandra Woods, Conway, AR; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Owen Shelby & Cornelia Foust Woods.
Interment followed funeral services conducted at the Wesley United Methodis Church, Saturday, January 7, 2006. Dr. Joel Cooper & Rev. Clayton Bulice presided.
