Bobby Gene Moore, 63, of Jonesboro, passed from this life Sunday, September 19, 2021, at his home. He was born on January 28, 1958, to the late Myrdis and Cullen Moore Sr.

In addition to his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by his wife, Jennifer Moore; son, Bobby Moore Jr.; brothers, Leon Moore, Billy Moore, Robert Moore, Cullen Moore Jr., and Reed Moore; and sisters, Louise Warton, Vera Hubbard, Shirley Ann Johnson, Felicia Willey, and Barbara Faye Moore.

Bobby lived in Jonesboro on and off for over thirty years. A member of the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ in Hoxie, he was a devout Christian who loved reading his bible and listening to gospel music. Bobby was also a jokester. He would do anything to get a laugh. Bobby loved playing card games like Rummy and Phase 10, and one of his recent favorites was Skip-Bo. Most importantly, he was a loving father who loved making people laugh.

Bobby is survived by his daughters, Angela Moore (Falisha), of Jonesboro, Christina Williams (Eric) and Casandra Moore, both of Milwaukee, WI, and Carla Storms (Jason), of Jonesboro; son, Troy Kersey, of Jonesboro; sister, Patricia Fondren, of Bono; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and a host of family, friends, and loved ones.

Burial will be private.
