She was born on October 24, 1938 to Raymond and Evelyn RInn in Denver, Co. She was the middle sister to two older brothers and two younger sisters. Rae Ann attended the University of North Dakota where she met her future husband on a blinddate. She and Dennis (Bing) Larson were married July 21, 1957 in Minot, ND. The couple found their lifelong home in Grand Forks.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bing, by her parents and her brother, Douglas Rinn.
