John Wayne Hubbard, 32, of Harlan, departed this life on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Harlan ARH Hospital following an extended illness. He was born October 21, 1988 in Harlan County and had lived here all his life. John was a disabled coal miner and believed in the Church of God faith.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Hensley; and his father, Chester Allen Hubbard.
Survivors include his wife, Keri Turner Hubbard; five children, John Hubbard, Caylee Hubbard, Amber Wilson, Payton Hubbard and Allyona Cox; one brother, Cody Morgan and wife Jenna; three sisters, Bethany Morgan; Chelly Green and husband Michael; and Amanda Clark and husband Steven.
Visitation will be from 12 until 2 pm Friday, September 24, 2021 at the Harlan Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will follow at 2 pm with the Rev. Edmond Gross and Rev. Brian Green officiating.
Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
