SHELBY-Joshua "Josh" Rhett Estes,39, was ushered into the presence of God at 1:18 pm, Tuesday September 21,2021 at Atrium Health Cleveland. A native of Cleveland County, he is the son of Billy Estes and his wife Becky and Phyllis Connor and her husband Gary. Josh was a loving son, brother, husband, father, cousin and friend who worked for FedEx and at the Cleveland County Sheriff Detention Center for five years. He was also the world biggest Clemson fan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Betty Estes and Ernest and Sue Holland Scruggs; and cousin, Justin Gowan. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Rene Estes of the home; children, Autum, Ansley, Keilah, Makenna, and Averie; sister, Donna Patterson and husband Will; nieces and nephews, Trae, Reagan-Seth, Ella-Grace, Juliah, Ryleigh ,Tinsley; and special cousin, Jeremy Gowan. Funeral Services will be held 2pm, Saturday, September 25,2021 at Faith Baptist Church with Dr. J. Barry Goodman, Dr. Bo Wagner, and Rev. Tim Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30-2pm before the service in the Church. Burial will follow in Faith Baptist Church Cemetery.
