Carla Sue Johnston Williams age 62 of Ozark, Arkansas died Monday, September 20, 2021 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was a DHS case manager, formerly the Director of Environmental Services for Paramedical Services and a former Secretary at Immanuel Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas. Carla was the co-founder of the Immanuel Baptist Church and Benevolent Ministry in Rogers, was of the Southern Baptist Faith and attended West Park Baptist Church in Ozark. She was born September 16, 1959 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Carl Marion and Florida Elizabeth Scoggins Dagley. She is preceded in death by her father.

Carla is survived by her husband, Nick Williams of Ozark; her mother Florida Elizabeth Baker; two sons, Jeremy Johnston and wife Diane of Washburn, Missouri and Chad Johnston and wife Jennifer of Portal, Georgia; one sister, Michelle Gray and husband Brian of Indian Trails, North Carolina; two brothers, Dave Dagley and wife Lori of Goodman, Missouri and Chris Dagley and wife Cassie of Bella Vista, Arkansas; and two grandchildren, Vincent Johnson and Benjamin Williams.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, September 24, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home with Sister Marsha Santiago officiating under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home with burial at Highland Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Rodrigues, Kyle Goins, Dillon Goines, Benjamin Williams, Allen Dagley and Ryan Dagley.
