MANSFIELD, LA - Funeral services for Tammy Johnson Pyles, 45, will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Officiating will be Brother Bob Latham. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, Mansfield, LA.

Tammy was born in Ruston, LA on January 24, 1963 to James and Janette Johnson; and passed away at her home on Monday, October 27, 2008. Tammy's seven year battle due to complications from a previous surgery was both trying and enlightening for her and her family. She was led to the Lord during her illness and became a member of Antioch Baptist Church.

Tammy left behind to cherish her memory her husband of 26 years Ernest Pyles; daughters Erin Pyles Habich and husband Casey and Olivia Joe'l Pyles; father James Johnson and mother Janette Johnson; sister Linda Johnson Adams and husband Robert; grandmother Dorothy Marie Johnson Jordan; nephews Patrick Tyler Adams and Joshua Pyles and niece Madison Pyles.

Honoring Tammy as pallbearers will be Billy Foshee, Josh Pyles, Tommy Mason, Les Badialli, Stanley Adams, and Zach King. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Ford and Gary Calhoun.

Tammy's family would like to thank all who have helped during her illness. The outpouring of love and support from close friends and total strangers has been heartwarming. It is their sincere hope that Tammy positively impacted your life as much as you did hers. Rose-Neath's Mansfield
