He was preceded in death by his parents, Donnie and Lorene Howerton; sisters, Terry Howerton, and Tina Howerton; nephew, Teddy Swiney.
He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Jennifer Howerton; children, Nathan, Adam, and Preston Howerton; stepson, Skyler Ingram; stepdaughter, Ariana Ingram; grandchildren, Danielle, ZaeAnna, Zonryc, Zefira, and Gabriel; sister, Lesa (Lonnie) Swiney; nieces, Nicole Madon, Josie Howerton, Shannon Edmonds, and Jenny Coffey; Nephew, Chad Howerton.
