Kathy A. Armstrong (Pritchett), age 60, of Port Sanilac, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Lake Huron Medical Center, Port Huron.
She was born in 1960 in Port Huron, daughter of the late Marian and Phillip "Roger" Pritchett. She graduated from Port Huron High School in 1978 and later acquired training certification in Cosmetology from the State of Michigan. Aside from her passion for cosmetology, Kathy enjoyed the ocean and sunbathing while spending many years living in Florida. She also loved caring for her plants, her pet cat (Chance), and reading passages from the Bible. She had a generous and caring heart, and was quick to offer help to a neighbor in need, friend, of family member. Kathy was a caring mother, daughter, and sister. Her lively and giving spirit will be missed by many.
She is survived by her loving step-mother, Judy Pritchett; her two children, Dacey Jon Pritchett and Travis Jack Armstrong, and numerous nieces and nephews. Kathy had many loving siblings; brothers, James (Mary) Brown of Yale, Charles Burns, II of Marysville, James (Judy) Burns of Croswell, Phillip Pritchett, II of Jeddo, Kevin (Charla) Burns of Croswell, and Timothy (Lisa) Pritchett of Beavercreek, OH; sisters, Barbara (Mark) Pedersen of St. Clair, Mary (Mark) Gueldenzopf of Sandusky, Susan (William) Stephens of Kimball Twp., and Jill Pritchett-MacKay of Port Huron.
