Larry G. Van Wagner, 70, of Orland, died, Friday, September 17, 2021, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne, IN. He was born on September 15, 1951, in Coldwater, Michigan, to Ora Eugene and Marian Lucille (Evans) Van Wagner. They preceded him in death.
Larry was a former owner of the Wall Lake Tavern. He was also longtime S.A.L. at the Orland American Legion Post #423.
In January of 2018, he married, Darlene Williams. She survives in Orland.
Also surviving are his two sons, Chad (Jennifer) Van Wagner of Sturgis, MI and Timothy (Aya) Van Wagner of Los Gatos, CA; three grandsons, Michael (Lindsay) Van Wagner of LaGrange, Benjamin (Alexis) Van Wagner of Arizona City, AZ and Ellis Van Wagner of Sturgis, MI; two great grandsons, Carter and Samuel Van Wagner; two brothers, Gary (Maggie) Van Wagner of Orlando, FL and Gale Van Wagner of Orland.
According to Larry's wishes, he will be cremated and a Graveside Committal service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery, Orland, IN on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at 11 am.
The Pastor Steve Altman will officiate the services.
A reception will be held immediately following the committal services at the Orland American Legion Post #423.
