Geneva Gail Gibson, 40, of Wright City, Oklahoma died on September 18, 2021 at the McCurtain Memorial Hospital in Idabel, Oklahoma.
She was born on Saturday, August 22, 1981 to Audie Derek and Lucilla June Aaron Gibson in Ada, Oklahoma.
Geneva loved her daughters very much and only wanted the best for them in life. She loved to draw and spend time with her family. Geneva like to listen to all different music and cooking; the family loved her Tanchilabona that she would make for them. Geneva was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend and will be missed and loved by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her mother and her brother, Alan Gibson.
She is survived by her father, Audie Gibson of Wright City, Oklahoma; her daughters, Sheradawn Gibson of Gibson of Wright City, Oklahoma and Shaylynn Gibson of Wright City, Oklahoma; her brother and sister in law, AliciaJoy Gibson of Ada, Oklahoma; her sister, Stephanie Gibson of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
Interment will follow in the Slater Cemetery in Wright City, Oklahoma.
A wake service will be held Friday, September 24, 2021 from 6-8 P.M. at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Arrangements entrusted to Brumley Funeral Home in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be Justin Franklin, Duston Franklin, Ricky McClemore, Ronald McClemore, Wesley Wickson, Nitah "Bear" Gibson and Joey Gibson.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Sheradawn Gibson, Shaylynn Gibson, Alana Burkhart Austin Burkhart, Jayden Huskins, Cheyenne Gibson, Lilah Gibson and Aubrey Burkhart.
