Beloved husband of the late Anna Carr; father of Karen Ann Carr (Jerry Leon), Deborah Ann (Robert) Fisher, and the late Margaret Jean Carr, and Heidi Morra; Grandfather of Stephen Robert (Cynthia) Fisher; Great Grandfather of Johnathan (Brianna) Rutkowski, Gabriella Morra, and Ella, Aubrey, and Myles Fisher; Great Great Grandfather of Kainan and Luca Rutkowski; Brother of the late Jean Larry.
Bill was a proud US Army Veteran having served in WWII. Highly decorated, he was the recipient of a Purple Heart medal for injuries sustained during his tour of duty in France, as well as the Legion of Honor medal, the highest decoration France awards, for his service in liberating France during WWII. Before retiring, he was a longtime employee of Forest Hills Ford.
Burial will be in Plum Creek Cemetery.
