Robert "Bob" John Day, 62, formerly of Stevens Point, WI died peacefully in his sleep on Friday, Sept 17, 2021, at his home in Nekoosa, WI.
Bob was born on May 4th, 1959 in the city of Stevens Point. He was the son of the late Irene Janet (Niemczyk) Kruger and his late stepdad, Rodney Kruger.
Bob attended P.J. Jacobs Jr. High, Stevens Point Area Senior High, and graduated in 1978.
He married Lori (Zywicki) Day on Oct. 17, 1986, in Stevens Point. After their marriage, the couple settled in Stevens Point. They were later divorced. Bob worked for Copps Corporation for many years until he became disabled due to a work injury. Bob enjoyed spending time with his son and his dog Hayley. He also enjoyed drinking beer, scratch-off tickets, bowling, fishing, and camping.
