Thomas Dale McDonald, 75, of Grove, Okla., passed away Sept. 17, 2021. He was born Nov. 19, 1945, in Clovis, N.M., to Arvil and Opal Helsley McDonald [Treat].
Thomas was an automobile body repairman and formerly worked for Beaver Lake Concrete. He enjoyed spending time with his family, telling stories, and drinking beer on his deck with old friends, and meeting new friends. He also enjoyed singing, playing his guitar, and fishing.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Patsy, to whom he was married in Dec. 1988, and his brother, Melvin [F.A.G. #91793732; same cemetery]. Thomas is survived by children Kimberly Pate (Jeremy) of Austin, Ark., Teresa Clements of Cabot, Ark., and Angela Henry (Doug) of Exeter, MO. Also surviving are Thomas' twin sister Wanda Napier of Tulsa, Ok., sister Betty Hawkins of Bentonville, Ark., six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5-7 pm Wed., Sept. 22, 2021, at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 No. 4th St., Rogers, Ark. A graveside service will be at 1 pm Thurs., Sept. 23, 2021, at Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Rogers, Ark. Online condolences: www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com.
