Christopher (Chris) Hughes was born on August 10, 1960 in Lake Worth, Texas. He passed away on September 16, 2021.

Chris was a very loving and hard-working man. He lived every day for his family and friends. Chris loved his wife, children, and grandchildren very dearly, along with all of the other children that became his own. Chris loved being a father, he was everyone's dad and papa. He was an amazing man who would help anyone in need. He had a special bond with each person in his life. Chris loved to make people laugh and was always the life of the party. There was never a job that Chris couldn't do; he believed he could do anything he put his mind too. He fulfilled every responsibility he had as a husband, father, papa, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will truly be missed by so many.

Chris will be deeply and lovingly missed by his beautiful wife of 42 years, Darlene Hughes, his three children, grandchildren, mother and step-father, brothers, twin sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.
