38, a resident of 11553 Overleigh Dr., Woodbridge, VA, died Saturday, Sept. 18 at his home. He was the son of Gloria Kearney Wilkins of Oxford and the late Raymond N. Wilkins. He was a communication Engineer with the Department of Homeland Security.
Other survivors include his wife, Alicia Chechele Wilkins; four children, Donavan Wilkins and Kymani Gallegos both of Albuquerque, NM, Jayden Chechele and Rasjel Chechele both of Woodbridge, VA; two sisters, Michele Skipwith of Henderson and Tania Skinner of Germantown, MD.
A graveside service will be conducted by Rev. James Isaac III on Friday, Sept. 24 at 2pm at Meadowview Memorial Park. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services at the graveside.
