Barbara was born in Southview, PA on January 11, 1937, one of three children born to Paul and Mary (Peresutti) Wolfe.

She graduated from Cecil High School. After graduation, Barbara contemplated on becoming a nun, but ultimately chose to pursue a career in nursing and enrolled in Carlow College.

On June 13, 1959, she married William Lawrence Baselj and together they were blessed with five boys and a daughter. William worked for Jeep prior to moving the family to Weirton to open Paul Wolfe Chrysler Plymouth, with his brother-in-law. On November 23, 1984, William passed away at the age of 52.

Barb worked as an RN for Weirton Medical Center before retiring after 30 years in nursing.

While attending a polka dance, in Houston, PA, Barbara met Ernie Andrews and they were married on May 13, 1989. Ernie and Barb had a lot in common. They loved to dance and both could play the button box and accordion.

In their retirement years, they loved to travel around the United States and would always schedule their trips around their grandchildren's events. They enjoyed dancing, listening and playing music, biking, and attending Mass in whatever city they were camping in on that Sunday.

Barb was a member of Saint Paul's Roman Catholic Church, where she was a Christian Mother and a Eucharistic Minister. She also was a member of the SNPJ Lodge.

Barb will always be remembered for her dedication to her family, her community, and her church.

In addition to her parents and first husband, Barbara was preceded in death by her son Paul Baselj on December 1, 1990, and her step-son, Kenneth Andrews; her brother, Paul Wolfe.

She will be remembered with love and admiration by her husband, Ernest Dale Andrews, her four sons, William "Bill" (Debra) Baselj, David (Heather) Baselj, Jeff (Deborah) Baselj, and James (Helen Annichiarico); her daughter, Lisa (Aaron)Donald; her step-daughter, Diane Lynn (Randy) Wolford; her sister, Madelyn Rupar; her grandchildren, Weston (Katie) Baselj, Caroline Baselj, Remington (Eric) Galcik, Hunter, Hayley, Katie, John Paul, Will, Kayla, and CoCo Baselj; and her great-granddaughter, Payton.
