David Richard Moody, Jr., of Moore, Oklahoma, passed from this life on September 19, 2021, at the age of 49.  He was born July 23, 1972, in Bakersfield, California. David was a truck driver/forklift operator in the oil field and was an extremely hard worker.  He was larger than life and his family defined him as a workhorse and a family man due to the fact that he did something with his family every weekend and loved keeping his family around him.  David enjoyed grilling kept his yard very nice.   He enjoyed watching the National Geographic channel and he enjoyed watching Gold Rush and Deadliest Catch.   He enjoyed eating at Texas Roadhouse and Jimmy's Egg with his friends.  It was well-known that he was all about his family.  David overcame many of life's obstacles and became a man of God, serving and dedicating his life to Him.   He was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather, who touched the lives of many, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.  David is survived by his wife of 15 years, April Moody; 3 sons, David Moody III, Austin Garner, and Devin Moody; 4 daughters, Angel Garner, Mistique Moody, Kabria Moody, and Kadence Moody; 7 grandchildren, David IV, Levi, Lexi, Addison, Adam, Brooklyn, and Lil Mike; father, David Moody; 2 sisters, Denise McKee & husband, Pat, and Brenda Curry & husband, Charles; and a host of other loving family members and friends.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Faubion; and his grandparents.
