Ralph Michael Long "Redd", 64, was born November 4, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio to Levi Sr. and Inez Long. He graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1975 and retired from Green Tokai.

He was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather, uncle, brother who adored his family. He loved watching his sports and game shows. He also loved to entertain his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Inez Long; father, Levi Long Sr.; brother, Levi Long Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Narva Jean Long; son, Todd Lamar Farris; grandsons, De'Wan Anderson, TeYon Farris, TaShaun Farris; great grandson, Santana Ross Farris; sisters, Latonia Jackson (James Sr.), Rhonda Hayes; brothers, Anthony Long (Gwen), Nathaniel Farris Jr. (Crystal), Joseph Dixon Jr.; sisters-in-law, Barbara Lee (Tyrone), Katherine Moss; brothers-in-law, Rayfield Farris (Ozella), Horace Farris (Linda); along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends, Tyrone Lee, Rayfield Farris, Curtis Farris Sr. and DeErnst Rice.
