Mark David Goodwin, 52, of Bristol, died at 8:12 pm, on Saturday, September 18 at his residence.
He was born on December 20, 1968, in Goshen, to David and Sandra (Smith) Goodwin.
Surviving are a daughter, Randi-Jo Goodwin; son, Joshua Goodwin both of Kalamazoo, MI; mother, Sandra Pelfrey of Middlebury; six brothers, Dennis (Donna) Adam of Harlan, IN, Homer (Sandy) Pelfrey of Lakeland, FL, Leon (Pam) Pelfrey of LaGrange, Scott (Holly) Goodwin of Huntington, Wendel (Brenda) Pelfrey of Detroit, MI, Clayton Pelfrey of Middlebury; six sisters, Mary (Tom) Haviland of White Bluff, TN, Tammy Kiefer of Bristol, Brenda Gail (Norman) Graham of Monroe, MI, Vickie (Dave) Arbogast of Sturgis, MI, Frances (Drew) Burkhalter of Scotts Bluff, NE, Cindy (Todd) Hoath of Quincy, MI.
He was preceded in death by his father; stepfather, Porter Lee Pelfrey; brother, Ronnie Pelfrey.
Mark attended Lakeland High School with the class of 1987 and served in the United States Army.
The family will hold a memorial service on October 23 beginning at noon at a to be determined location.
Memorials may be given to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
