Terri lived in Austin, TX and was a Mercedes Native. She Graduated from Mercedes High School and attended the University of Texas-Pan American.
Terri had many achievements throughout her life, her greatest being her daughter Tara Nicole Gonzalez. In high school she loved being a cheerleader, she played tennis and was in many high school clubs. After high school she pursued her education at Pan American University and shortly thereafter worked with her sister, Fatima Gonzalez, in their mortgage business. Most recently, Terri was a Dance MOM, and did national award-winning dance choreography for her daughter and winning many dance competitions. She also managed her daughters' acting assignments, ran an on-line business with her daughter and did marketing for her brother's real estate business.
Terri is preceded in death by her parents: Raymundo Gonzalez Jr and Olivia Gonzalez. She is survived by her daughter, Tara Nicole Gonzalez, her sisters-Yolanda Gonzalez, Fatima Gonzalez, her brothers, Raymundo Gonzalez III, Ian Gonzalez, Roald "Roe" Gonzalez, Teodoro "Ted" Gonzalez, and Johnny Gonzalez. Her aunts and uncles include, Aunt Lupita, Aunt Dora, Aunt Carmen, Uncle Ron. Her cousins include: Lisa and Rudy Gonzalez, Celeste, Robbie, Ronnie, Carlos Robledo. Cecelia, Celina, Noe Gonzalez, Kit and Bobby Gonzalez and nephew Raymundo Gonzalez IV. Also survived by extended family with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation: Friday September 24th, 2021, 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary prayed at 7:00 p.m. at Garcia-Trevino Funeral Home in Mercedes. On Saturday September 25th, at 10:00 a.m. Mass at Our lady of Mercy Church then interment to follow at Mercedes Memorial RestLawn Cemetery in Mercedes Texas.
