Mary worked for Inland-General Motors for 22 years, retiring in 1979.
Mrs. Poindexter is survived by her daughter Lori (Edward) LaClair of Carlisle; six grandchildren, Belinda (Greg) Hall, Cheryl (John) Craft, Danny Conley, Bryan LaClair, Dylan Brandenburg, and Carly LaClair; seven great grandchildren; and her devoted friend, Richard Armstrong.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lois Conley; her parents; six brothers and sisters; a great grandson, Cailen Conley; and her ex-husband Aaron Poindexter.
Funeral service will be Thursday, February 27, 2003 at 4:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., with Pastor John Swint officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
