Hephzibah, GA—Thomas Franklin "Frankie" Palmer, 75, of Augusta, Georgia, passed away, Wednesday, September 15, 2021.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, September 20, 2021 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Chapel with Military Honors at the Graveside.

Thomas was born January 31, 1946, in Fairfax County, Virginia to Fenton and Bethany (Thomson) Palmer. In 1967, he married the former Kim Suncha in Daegu, South Korea.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife Suncha Palmer, his loving son, Thomas Fenton Palmer, and three loving grandchildren, Savannah Palmer, Britton Palmer, Coleman Palmer, and a host of other family members.

Thomas enjoyed working. He was drafted into the military at 18, and retired from the military in 1985 after 22 years of service to our country. He then began work at Plant Vogtle for 17 years, first in the Security Dept., and later in the Instrument & Controls Dept., retiring in 2003 due to his heaalth. He spent most of his time making money with his part time jobs. Loved watching baseball and spending time with his family.
