Robert Douglas Grant, 75, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. William Weeks officiating. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. to service time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society, 1010 Eleventh St., Macon GA 31201 or Dialysis Foundation, 100 Church St., Suite 800, New York, NY 10007.

Robert was born in Wilson, NC to the late George G. and Indiana Moore Grant. He was preceded in death by nine siblings. He was retired from Brown and Williamson Corporation. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Weeks Grant, children, Angela (David) Gutierrez, Charles (Miranda) Grant, Krystal Grant, grandchildren, Conner Muchin, Madison Grant and Collins Jones, brother, Russell Grant and several nieces and nephews.
