Scott was born December 29, 1968 in West Frankfort, Illinois to Billie Ray and Paula (Kelley) Clem. He was the owner/operator of 98 easy which was an internet station. He loved radio broadcasting with the various stations. Scott enjoyed audio books and voice over techniques.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Duane Clem.
Scott is survived by his step-mother, Dianna Clem; brother, Roger (Lisa) Clem; sister, Tracy Clem; several aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews: Bailey, Damien, Lauren, Kenzi, and Axl.
Memorial services will be at 11:00a.m. Thursday September 23, 2021 in Union Funeral Home – West Frankfort, Illinois with Rev. Randy Carney officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Denning Cemetery on the Orient Road.
Due to the mandate issued on August 26, 2021 by Gov. J.B Pritzker masks must be worn at all times while inside the funeral home.
