Betty met Billy Joe Spencer in high school and later married on August 12, 1966. They were married for 55 years and raised three children together. Betty was a loving wife, mother, granny, sister, and aunt. She was an amazing cook and enjoyed cooking for her family. On holidays she would get up at 4am to start cooking for family. She is known for her delicious baked beans and dressing at family gatherings. If her kids couldn't make it to her house for the holiday, she would make them some dressing and beans and take it to them. She enjoyed her unlimited Dr. Pepper and watching Nancy Grace. She loved a good family debate. Betty was loved by all her family and will be greatly missed.
